Animelo 2009 PR event livecast on Niconico Douga
It’s only February but the promotion machine for Animelo 2009 is about to be fired up again with the livecasting of the press conference on Nicodouga this Thursday (26th) at 1pm Tokyo time (GMT +9). We should get a first glimps of the artist line up during the conference. I guess we will see the usual suspects (JAM Project, Nana-chan, Kuribayashi Minami), so the fun is going to be what surprises they have in store.

That’s quick. They only did this around April last year. But then, the live date was already confirmed a few days after Animelo 2008. ^^; And I couldn’t come on those days. *slits wrists*
Btw besides those Big 3, I believe Minorin is already a regular too.

FWIW Geneon had always been the one that distributes the theme song CD every year.
I guess the line-up will increase gradually like last year. I remember I wasn’t too excited about last year’s line-up until about a couple of months before the concert.

Looking at the number of announcements right now, I think they actually already had their eyes set on all the acts they wanted and it’s just a matter of getting the acts they want. What comes next is just for the different parties to hammer out their contracts and what not. I wonder how many alternates they have lined up if one of their primary acts fall through.
But yea, it’s a very calculated announcement.
