But not this year. She was good in Nijuumensou, but not good enough to beat out Koshimizu Ami (Horo), Paku Romi (Kuromitsu), or even Kugimiya Rie (Taiga) or Tomatsu Haruka (Nagi) this year. I wouldn't vote for Tanaka Rie this year. Voting on the basis of past (or future) performance doesn't seem right, to me. She could have won in 2006 for Hataraki Man, and could be supporting actress of 2007 or 2008 for KimiKiss. But the poll is unclear as to what basis we should be voting on. The foreigners' vote is only one category, of "Overseas Fans Choice," in which we vote for who we think is the "most memorable voice actor." I would think so. I doubt they will be doing any sort of IP-based filtering on the poll. I’m assuming they think that the language barrier itself is sufficient as a filter, so if you can read moonspeak I see no reason not to take advantage of the system and vote twice. :)
