Awesome, it’s time to dust off the almost-forgotten Wii.

Ah. I want this game. I haven’t bought a dancing game yet, but Nana Mizuki is great reason for me to set aside the money to get one. It’s also another reason for me to finally get my wii.

But four original Nana songs…I’ll definitely need to get my hand on those once they’re released!

The music game genre in Japan is fairly popular even amongst non-hardcore people. Some people will definitely buy it just for the normal Jpop tunes. The iM@S and Nana-chan songs are of course targetting the otaku base to ensure at least some guaraneteed sales number, the others will be icing.

I don’t know too many Wii games worth buying from a gamer’s perspective so this is something of a cross-genre appeal.

And a bit of a cross-console appeal too. It’s not like everyone in Japan has a xbox360, so now those kids can get a small taste of what they’ve seen.
