1) She’s just beginning to re-launch her personal career, annoucing marriage now is business suicide. No one involved would let her do it, and if she insisted, they’ll just burry her and not bother to put effort into promoting her in the first place.

2) Seiyuu traditionally do not disclose their private lifes, even dating is keep very low profile. If she was married /marrying someone, Sugita or what not, the is no way that they will annouce it publicly. In fact, they will probably try very hard to keep it secret.
